The Turning Point
The collapse came quietly. Not a dramatic breakdown — just a Tuesday morning where I couldn't get out of bed, not from laziness, but from the deep exhaustion of a nervous system that had been running on red for too long.
That morning I stopped performing wellness and started actually practicing it. I found somatic therapy. I found cycle awareness. I found the radical, counter-cultural act of rest.
